Phillip "Wink" Wilson Payne

Phillip Wilson "Wink" Payne , 79, of Mossy, WV passed away on Wednesday, June 06, 2018 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born January 15, 1939 at Kingston, WV he was the son of the late Lacy Wilson and Vivian Virginia Buttrick Payne.
Wilson will be remembered as an exceptional designer and builder of modified street rods. He was devoted to his family and enjoyed the company of his many friends.
His memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife of 60 years, Patricia "Teki" Huddleston Payne; sons, Brian (Debbie) Payne and Mark Payne; granddaughters, Angie (Thomas) Whitlow and Nicole Payne; and sister, Sandra (Galen) Horrocks.
Mr. Payne was cremated. A memorial celebration of his life will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Mark Payne officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley WV 25801.
