Julius Allen Cales

Julius “Buddy” Allen Cales, 67, of Oak Hill passed away Friday, February 09, 2018 at CAMC General in Charleston.
Born October 22, 1950 in Oak Hill, a son of the late John “Ringo” and Shirley Black Cales.
Buddy was a retired Fayette County bus driver where he worked for more than 30 years and was a 1971 graduate of Collins High School in Oak Hill.
He is preceded in death by a wife of 25 years Sally Quarrie Cales.
Those left to cherish his memory include wife, Suzann Leah Cales; two daughters, Jane Kimberley Given (Johnny) and Denise Nichole Kelly (Robert); one grandson, Joshua Given; brother, Rocky Cales (Kathy); three nephews, Chris Stover, Eric Cales,and Daniel Cales; niece, Elizabeth Booth; and four great nieces, Alexis Taylor Church, Izara Hamons, Kali Hamons, and Mati Hamons.
In keeping with Buddy's wishes he is to be cremated. A memorial service will be held 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the Virginia Street Baptist Church with Pastor Joe Brown officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley.
Visitation will be two hours prior to service on Tuesday at the Church.
