Joyce Gail Hinkle Stover, 77, of Mount Hope, WV passed away Monday July 23, 2018 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV
Born July 14, 1941 in Sun, WV she was the daughter of the late Roy H. and Gladys Pennington Hinkle.
Joyce was a retired accountant for the Ypsilanti, MI City Hall and was a faithful member of the Mount Hope Assembly of God Church.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband John Stover; and five brothers, Donald, Darrell, Kenny, Roy Wayne, and Eddie Hinkle.
Those left to cherish her memory include a loving daughter, Elizabeth Stover; two sons, John Franklin Stover and David Michael Stover; four grandchildren, Johnny, Melissa, Ashley, and Jessica; nine great grandchildren, John III, Everett, Taylor, Lauren, Brynn, Colin, Caden, Chase, and Mia; two brothers, Marvin Hinkle (Wanda), and Roger Hinkle (Kitty); and sisters, Barbara Snipes (Dave), Karen Adams (Barry), and Eleanor Jarrell (Bill).
In keeping with her wishes Joyce will be cremated. A memorial service and time of remembrance will be held August 4, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Mount Hope Assembly of God Church with Rev. Jessie Parker officiating.
