Joshua Wade Banks , 30, of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, October 27, 2016 from injuries received when he was struck by a car on Rt 19 in Oak Hill.
Born August 21, 1986 at Chanute, KS he was the son of Richard Lynn and Diane Elaine Anderson Banks of Fredonia, KA.
Joshua was a graduate of Fredonia High School in Fredonia, KS and was a former restaurant cook.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by fiancé, Regina Roberts; two children, David Banks and Lilith Banks both at home; sister, Leah Anderson of Fredonia, KS; brother, Nathan Bowen of Bentonville, Ark.; and grandparents, Will and Fannie Hodge and Elvina Banks.
Joshua was cremated. A memorial service will be held in Kansas.
