Joseph Madison Payne

Joseph Madison Payne, age 62, of Dublin, VA passed away on January 12, 2022. Born February 24, 1959, in Oak Hill, WV, he was the son of the late Vester and Audrey Blake Payne.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by sister Alverta “Pug” Payne.
He is survived by sister, Debra Kincaid (James) of Pulaski, VA, nieces; Teresa (Greg) Crowe and Kimberly (Jeff) Stefanko, and nephew Roger Payne.
A visitation will be held on Friday January 14, 2022 at 1:00. Graveside Rites to follow, at High Lawn Memorial Park.
While masks are not required you might consider wearing one before entering the building as we all attempt to stop the spread of COVID 19.
