Born March 11, 1960 in Mount Sterling, KY he was the son of Carolyn Casey Adkins and the late Wilford Adkins.
John was an animal lover and volunteered his time with his mom at the Raleigh Co. Animal Rescue, everyone he was around loved him..
Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Carolyn Casey Adkins; along with other family and friends.
In keeping with John's wishes he will be cremated.
