Violet Joetta Meadows of Fayetteville WV went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 28th, 2018 in Beckley, WV.
Joetta was born to Paul and Violet Fazenbaker on February 5th, 1941 in Bloomington Maryland. She was a retired nurse and continued to serve her community as a beautician and baker for the local area.
Joetta is survived by her daughter Penny Slone and her husband Mark. Her siblings Paul Fazenbaker, Gary Fazenbaker, Terry Fazenbaker and Jerry Fazenbaker and her sisters Phyllis Groves and Vivian Grinder. Preceeded
In death by her sister Lena Mae Windon. She is also, survived by her granddaughter Megan Hollingsworth and her husband James. She is preceded in death by her grandson Marcus A Slone “Andy”. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Lucas, Lillian and Donovan.
The family will hold a memorial service for friends and family at her residence Saturday August 4th 2018 at 2pm.
Any memorials or donations are requested to be given to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley WV 25801.
