Joan Lynn Yarber, age 67, of Oak Hill, WV, passed away on March 30, 2022. Born June 27, 1954, she was the daughter of the late John Eugene Arrington and Katie Marie McKinney Arrington.
Joan graduated from Bluefield State College and worked as RN throughout her life, she loved taking care of people. She loved animals and enjoyed watching hummingbirds.
She is preceded in death by husband, Robert Yarber, siblings; Wanda Frye, Eva Yarber, Jack Arrington, and Everette Arrington.
She is survived by sons; Robert Yarber (Selina) and Stephen Yarber (Amy) siblings; Karen Goins, Ruth White, John Arrington, and Frank Arrington, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home on April 6th, 2022 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM with Pastor Jim Elmore officiating. Graveside rites and committal will be held afterwards at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
