Jeffrey Scott Martin, 33, of Sophia, WV passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021.
Born April 21,1988 in Beckley, WV he was the son of the late Robert and Ruth Ann Norris Martin.
Jeffrey loved spending time with his family and especially loved being around his children and grandchildren.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, April Chapman; children, Jeremiah, Kendall, and Treyvon Chapman; grandchildren, Winter and Stormie Brandt all of whom he loved very dearly; and brother, Donny Urcola.
In keeping with Jeffrey's wishes he will be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.
