Surrounded by loving family members, James Paul Seletyn. 74, of Scarbro, WV, passed away on Saturday , October 1, 2016.
Born May 17, 1942 in Scarbro, WV, he was the son of the late Fred James and Beatrice (Susie) Rice Seletyn.
James was an industrial engineer and Owner of Eagle Machine Company in Scarbro, WV.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Taraczkozy Seletyn; and his siblings Lacy Seletyn, Tracy Seletyn, and Freddie Seletyn.
Left to mourn his passing are his children: Donna Watson (Chris) of Piedmont, OH, James Seletyn of Columbus, OH, Michelle Dolin (Bobby), of New Haven,and Lisa Burgess of Oak Hill,; grandchildren Ryan Paul Seletyn of Wadsworth, OH, Alexander Seletyn of New Haven, Amanda Abbott of Huntington, and Elizabeth Cochran of Oak Hill; brothers: William Seletyn of Yorktown, VA and Tommy Seletyn of Ocean Isle, NC; and sister, Judy Seletyn of Fayetteville.
A visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Wounded Warrior or Oak Hill High School Athletic Boosters.
