Geneva Mae Ballard Thomas , 90, of Oak Hill, WV went home to be with the Lord surrounded by family and friends on Sunday, December 19, 2021 in Oak Hill, WV.
Born October 26, 1931 in Greenville, WV she was the daughter of the late Franklin Simpson and Audrey Long Ballard.
Geneva was a homemaker, was a loyal member of the Life Bridge Assembly of God Church in Oak Hill, and loved spending time being surrounded by her family who was most precious to her.
She is preceded in death by sister, Maxine Alexander.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving daughter, Linda Sue Laughery and Monie; grandchildren, Robby Laughery, Christa Laughery and her companion Willie, Shawn Laughery and his companion Brittany; 5 great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Mycah, Kyson, Isabella, and Zayden; and sisters, Clara Magrum and Bonnie Whitt.
In honoring Geneva's wishes she will be cremated.
