Garland Flem Johnson, 72, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at his home.
Born December 14, 1949 in Rainelle, WV he was the son of the late Haskell and Kathleen Ross Johnson.
He was the owner of 5 Star security, and loved his family.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by brother, James Johnson; and nephew, Jamie Johnson.
His survivors include children, Aaron Johnson of Lizmores WV, Chad Johnson of Smithers, daughter, Tina Johnson of Ohio; sister Charlene (Larry) Steel of Nallen, sister Vera Blankenship of Virginia; brothers, Edward Johnson (Valarie) of Cedar Grove and Phillip Johnson of Virginia; grandchildren, Tiffany Bibb of Wriston, Tristen Bibb and Landon Johnson of Beckley, McKenzie Johnson of Beckley; a ex-daughter-in-law Gina Knight of Beckley; ex-wife Barbara Johnson of Rainelle; great grandchildren, Lazarus and Alex of Wriston; care takers, Vickie and Donnie Hitchcock.
In keeping with Garland's wishes he will be cremated.
