Frederick Shepperd , 80, of Beckley, WV died on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born January 08, 1938 at Willis Branch, WV he was the son of the late Walton and Clara Green Shepperd.
Mr. Shepperd was a member of the Mount Hope Assembly of God. He was a retired welder.
He was preceded in death by brother, Bill Shepperd and sisters, Betty Phillips and Zelma Hughes.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Elaine Sumpter Shepperd; two daughters, Zelma "Susie" Bair and husband, David of Beckley, Amanda Lambert and husband, Ricky; son, Jackie Shepprerd and wife, Karen of Beckley; sister, Nancy Hoskins and husband, Harry of Beckley; grandchildren, Greg, Kady, Savannah and Rachel; and great grandchildren, Brie, Gabbi, Arilynn and Zen.
Graveside rites and committal will be on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the Davis-Humphrey Cemetery in Weirwood. with Rev. Brian Copney officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley WV 25801
