Ella Louise Moles Shrewsberry, age 68, of Sophia, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Fayette Nursing and Rehab. Born December 4, 1953 at Artie, WV, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Louise Scarbro Moles. Ella was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph F. Shrewsberry; by a brother James Moles ; by a sister Barbara Waters and by infant sister, Arlene and Sue Moles. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Cindy Crook (Jimmy) of Corinne and Lisa Robertson of Port Orange, FL., her sons Mark Shrewsberry of Sophia, Philip Shrewsberry (Tricia) of Port Orange, FL., Matthew Shrewsberry (April) of Yakenville, NC and Eric Shrewsberry (Sandy) of Elkton, VA. Her loving companion, Lacy McKinney also survives.. Her siblings include her sisters, Florence Freeman of Indiana and Virginia Blankenship of WV, her brothers Russell Moles, Denny Moles, Dale Moles and David Moles all of Indiana. Four grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the Ewing Creek Community Church. with Pastor Loretta Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Ewing Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the church Saturday,, February 5, 2022 from 12:30 until he service hour of 2:00 PM. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
