Effice Therman Williams

Effice Therman Williams, 74, of Pax passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 in a Beckley Hospital.

Born August 19, 1943 in Clear Creek he was the son of the late Sherman Jack and Orifice Lottie Wriston Williams.

Effice was a retired coal miner and part of the UMWA.

He is preceded in death by three brothers; Ronald, Glen, and Donald Williams, and one sister; Millie Wilson.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving and devoted wife Loretta Turner Williams, three sons; David Williams ( Stephanie), Sherman Williams (Crystal), and Jeffrey Williams,eight grandchildren; Abby, Luke, Austin, Christiana, Caroline, Kaleb, Jacob, and Raegan, and one brother; Rick Williams.

Graveside service will be 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Willis Branch Community Cemetery in Pax with Pastor Dwayne Williams officiating. Visitation for friends will be held 11:00 A.M. Until 1:00 P.M. At Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
