David B. Rapp , 71, of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
Born February 12, 1947 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of the late Doke "D.C." and Gloria Mae Williams Rapp.
David was a graduate of Collins High School in Oak Hill and was a US Air Force veteran.
His memory will be cherished by daughter, Jessica Rapp; sons, Brett Rapp and Jason Rapp; brother, Mark S. Rapp; and grandchildren.
A time of sharing and remembrance will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill.
