David Arnold Brackman

David Arnold Brackman, 79, of Spring, TX, died on Sunday, May 09, 2021, at Regent Care center in The Woodlands, TX.

Born in December 23, 1941, in Birchton, WW he was the son of the late Arnold and Nadine Johnson Brackman.

David was a 1959 graduate of Collins High School, in Oak Hill, WV. He then joined the US Air Force and received an honorable discharge in 1966. David worked for 10 years with Westinghouse in Muncie, IN and then Dresser Industries in Houston, TX, retiring in 2007.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Roberta in 2010. Also preceding him was his brother-in-law, Bonner DeBord, and his niece Becky Jo Brackman.

Survivors include his son, Michael David Brackman of Spring, TX; his sister, Linda Brackman DeBord, of Newburgh, IN; and his brother, Donald Johnson Brackman (Jamie) of Ninevah, IN. Survivors also include 5 nieces and 1 nephew who loved their Uncle David so much.

A Graveside committal service will be on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 2 pm at Forest Park Cemetery with Chaplain Justin Martin officiating. Burial will follow. A Celebration of Life will be hosted by the family at 4 pm that day at the home of Michael Brackman.
