Bobby William Byrd, 74, of Maple Fork, WV passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born April 29, 1944 in Bramwell, WV he was the son of the late Glacial Byrd and Willie Blankenship Milleron.
Bobby was a retired coal miner and of the Apostolic Faith.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty Evans Byrd; two brothers, Billy, and Randy Byrd; and two sisters Norma Bailey and Betty Sullivan.
Those left to cherish his memory include his five loving daughters, Sherry Byrd (Robert Siemiaczko), Shelia Bragg (Bobby Johnson), Sandra Coffman (Terry Milam), Kimberly Duncan (Charles) and Candace Byrd (Jim Bickford); sixteen grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Brother Lloyd Hart officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
