Beulah Faye Garrett , 54, of Oak Hill, WV died on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born March 14, 1964 at Oak Hill, WV she was the daughter of the late Ernest Leo and Louise Faye Ward Garrett.
She was a certified nursing assistant for Mary's Garden at Hidden Valley. In 2010 Beulah was recognized by the WV Healthcare Association with the Award for Individual Excellence - Direct Care.
She was preceded in death by half brother, Harold Garrett
Those left to cherish her memory include a brother, William Thomas Garrett and wife, Nancy, and half sister, Margaret Sizemore and many others whose lives she touched in her own special way.
Services will be on July 21, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Art Dangerfield officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
