Anthony Thomas Vernieri-Perez

Anthony Thomas Vernieri-Perez, age 77, of Oak Hill, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the home of his daughter, Donna McCoy.
Born March 23, 1942 in Dover, New Jersey he was the son of the late Eliseo and Margaret Venerio Perez and Mary Stover.
Anthony was a former custodian at a pharmaceutical plant. He attended the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Mount Hope.
Surviving are his wife Alma Jean Jones Vernieri of Oak Hill, his two daughters, Donna McCoy of Oak Hill and Delores Bishop and husband Everett of Columbus, OH., his son Larry Daniel Vernieri and Elisha Cornell of Oak Hill. Also surviving is his sister, Delores Perez of St. Clairsville, OH, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope. Burial will follow in Pax Community Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, from 6-8 PM on Monday, November 18, 2019.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
