Maurnetia Sue Neal

Maurnetia Sue Reid Neal, 76, of Hilltop, WV, went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2017 following a long illness.
Born April 21, 1941 in Affinity, WV, she was the daughter of the late George and Annie Harrison Reid.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Neal; brothers, Roy and Frank Reid; and great grandson, Jayden Holstein.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Erin (Damon) Rollyson of Gauley Bridge, Eric (Kathy) Neal of Hilltop, daughter, Cheryl (Frank) Farrell of Oak Hill, and Lisa Hamilton of Beckley; her dear sister, Elizabeth Asbury of Oak Hill; and her only surviving uncle, George (Stella) Harrison.
Also surviving are grandchildren: Heather Bowyer and Andrea Lewis, of Oak Hill, Brandon Rollyson of Gauley Bridge, Brianna Cook of Frametown, John Adam Mullins and Elizabeth (Joey) Canaday of Prudence, Eric (Landon) Neal II of Oak Hill, Weston (Melia) Toney of Charleston, Brittany, and Samantha Farrell of Oak Hill, Kristina (Jashad) Releford of Prudence, and Tara Hamilton of Beckley; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and several special nieces and nephews.
A home going celebration will be held 12:00 noon Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Randy Sunderland officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call the funeral home one hour prior to service.
The family would like to thank Dr. Scott Keffer, the staff at Plateau Medical Center, The Hilltop Center, Bowers Hospice House, and Kecia Bowman and Ryan Richmond with Jan Care Ambulance for their exceptional care of our dear Mother.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
