Helen Maxine Brackman Moreau , 92, of Southern Pines, NC formerly of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Quail Haven Nursing Home in Southern Pines, NC.
Born August 13, 1925 at Mount Hope, WV she was the daughter of the late Rev. Grover C. and Mary Anne Blethen Brackman.
Helen retired as the longtime owner and beautician at the Beauty Box in Oak Hill
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Jennings Moreau on August 4, 2013.
Survivors include son, Wayne Moreau and wife, Linda of Southern Pines, NC; grandson, Matthew Moreau and wife, Lisa; and two great grandchildren, Megan and Morgan Moreau.
Committal service will be on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 12:00 P.M. at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Oak Hill with Pastor Mike Kees officiating. Entombment will follow.
