Dora Wingrove Conner, 85, of Oak Hill, WV died Friday, April 14, 2017, at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV.
Born July 16, 1931 at Long Branch, WV, she was the daughter of the late Emory and Mabel Williams Wingrove.
Dora was a homemaker who loved to go camping, work puzzles and spending time with her loving family. She was also a tireless worker all of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Andrew Conner and brothers Jimmy, Ronald, Clarence, Marvin and Richard and daughter Linda Sanson.
Survivors include son Danny Conner and wife, Joyce, of Oak Hill; granddaughter, Donna O'Hara and husband, Dustin of Hedgesville; two brothers, Howard Wingrove and Larry Wingrove; and sister Nancy Elmore of Glade Springs.
Funeral service will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Oak Hill.
